Antenna Scheduling	Authorized users work through the Consolidated Space Operations Contract organization to schedule antenna time.
Budget Management	A number of tasks receive their direction and budget guidelines from the Lead Radio Astronomer. This is a restricted area. If you have a need to access it but cannot, contact Tom Kuiper.
Configuration Management	R&D configuration management decisions are made locally at each Complex with guidance from a Configuration Management Board.
Frequency Management	Members of the TMO Science Office are active in protecting the parts of thew electromagnetic spectrum used in DSN radio astronomy activities.
